Customer Success Manager (German Speaking)

Starting 1 September 2020 (or later), you would join us as a Customer Success Manager, working closely with our product, sales and legal teams. In this position you will use your legal background in combination with your experience in project management to revolutionize contract management and contract analysis for our customers

You feel comfortable being at the intersection of our legal team, our Product Managers, and our customers. You will work directly with our customers to align their requirements and requests with the development of our AI and product. The result of your work is a key ingredient in the development of our product, project planning, and most importantly, the development of successful customer relationships. Your mission
  • Ensure client satisfaction by being a partner to the customer and providing the highest levels of service.
  • Be the direct customer contact during the whole life cycle of the project.
  • Manage all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership.
  • Drive adoption and customer success by walking customers through their set-up process and adoption phases, including training.
  • Be the advocate for customer needs by working with internal partners to identify and address product requirements.
  • Validate new AI features with relevant customer stakeholders.
  • Develop client requirements into user stories.
  • Administer JIRA projects, which includes managing workflows, Kanban/Scrum boards, etc.
  • Create and maintain documentation as needed.
  • Support our sales team in selected pre-and post sales activities.
  • Plan and manage customer project processes, including onboarding.
  • Represent Legartis in panel discussions, lectures and trade fairs.
Your profile
  • Master’s degree in Law and / or equivalent education and work experience in the legal profession.
  • Experience with managing projects and accustomed to customer contact (experience in consulting is a big plus).
  • Business fluency in English and German is a must.
  • High attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Experience reviewing a variety of contracts including general M&A and commercial contracts is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a reliable personality with the ability to work independently and manage stakeholders and customers.
  • Comfortable with working in a team environment.
